Commercial Electrician (4+ Years Experience Required)
We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians for a long-term commercial project. This is a great opportunity for qualified electricians looking for steady work with a professional team.
Responsibilities & Experience:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Install conduit, cable trays, panels, and lighting systems
- Perform wire pulling, terminations, and device installation
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure NEC code compliance
- Work safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites
Hotel Retrofit / Remodel Experience (Preferred):
- Experience working on hotel renovation and retrofit projects
- Remove and replace existing wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Upgrade lighting systems, receptacles, and switches in guest rooms and common areas
- Install new circuits and panels while working around existing infrastructure
- Coordinate work in occupied or partially occupied buildings with minimal disruption
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Ability to work independently or with a crew
- Must have basic electrical tools and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of commercial construction practices
