Job Summary
We are looking for multiple Entry-Level Machine Operator to join us at Concept Components!
As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for the operation of CNC machines, performing assembly work, and deburring parts. You will be expected to be able to check production parts to maintain manufacturing processes while working with supervision.
We are willing to train candidates with related experience. Candidates that meet some but not all of the requirements are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and Monitor CNC Milling machines including mills and lathes.
- Use inspection equipment to check parts.
- Blueprint and Traveler reading to understand processes.
- Deburr, Wash, and Package parts.
- Perform Routine Maintenance and Cleaning on CNC machines.
- Complexity of other assigned tasks determined based on experience.

Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of the United States or a permanent resident of the United States (green card holder).
- Zero (0) to Two (2) years of manufacturing or related experience.
- Must have the ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and frequently lift/move objects (up to 40–50 lbs).
- The ability to work in a safe, detail-oriented, and respectful manner.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing, automotive, robotics or similar fields
- Experience working in a CNC Machine shop preferred.

Location: Bohemia, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Hours: 40 to 50 hours a week. 6:00am to 2:30pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm.
We offer consistent Overtime before and after standard hours as well as on weekends.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
