We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who can step in and help lead some of our most exciting and complex events. This is a role for someone who has successfully managed large-scale events, understands production, and knows how to turn a client’s vision into a flawless experience.
The Opportunity
Our Account Executives are creative problem-solvers, relationship builders, and experienced event professionals. You will work directly with high-end clients and manage events that include full A/V production, décor, catering, florals, sponsorship activations, exhibitor booths, custom builds, and more.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional event management experience, including hands-on production experience. We are looking for someone who can walk through the door, understand the pace and expectations of our industry, and confidently manage complex events from concept to completion.
This role is not designed for someone whose primary experience is planning personal celebrations, weddings for friends and family, or small-scale events. We are seeking a seasoned professional who has managed large, professionally produced events.
Important Before Applying
- This position is fully in-office. Remote work is not available.
- Must be available Monday–Friday in the office, with evenings and weekends required based on event schedules.
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do
- Create, design, and execute exceptional events that exceed client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, venues, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with fellow Account Executives and internal teams to deliver outstanding events.
- Act as the connection point between clients, vendors, designers, and production teams.
- Develop detailed event timelines, production schedules, and execution plans.
- Coordinate and manage vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Work closely with our design team on event concepts, renders, custom graphics, and visual elements.
- Collaborate with our lighting and A/V teams to create immersive event experiences.
- Manage event budgets, proposals, pricing, and profitability.
- Attend and lead onsite event execution.
- Troubleshoot challenges quickly and professionally — because in live events, the show must go on.
- Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final breakdown.
What Will Make You SuccessfulExperience & Knowledge
- 5+ years of professional event management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale events and productions.
- Understanding of event production, A/V, lighting, staging, and vendor coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
