Experience in the preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems equipment is preferred. Knowledge of pumps, motors, and experience with commercial kitchen equipment is preferred as well. The job opening is with a Government Contractor - Rosemark. The position will be at the USCG Training Facility in Petaluma, CA. Five days per week, Monday thru Friday, 8 hours per day. $53.39 per hour currently, with an expected increase on 9/1/26 due to a new negotiated Union agreement effective this date. This is a Local Union 39 position, and if not already a member of the Local Union 39, Union membership will be required.
