Pay: $38 – $46/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call for emergency service. Some evenings, weekends, and early morning meetings as needed.
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Bend team. This role is ideal for a strong, independent technician who can diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, communicate clearly with customers, and take ownership of work in the field.
You’ll handle a wide range of service work and also support retrofit and new construction installations when service demand allows. This is a high-skill, high-responsibility role for someone who wants variety, growth, and the ability to make an impact every day.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system performance evaluations
Communicate repair options clearly and professionally with customers
Document all work accurately in ServiceTitan
Support retrofit and installation work as needed
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite standards
Support training and development of junior technicians
5+ years HVAC service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
EPA Universal (or Type II or higher) certification
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Strong customer communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, crawl spaces, and mechanical spaces
