ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Mid-Level Supervisor supports the BCBA in overseeing clinical programming, supervising Behavior Technicians, and ensuring treatment integrity. This is an ideal fit for a BCaBA or an experienced RBT pursuing certification who is ready to step into real leadership responsibilities — with the support to back it up.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist with program development and implementation
- Conduct supervision sessions with Behavior Technicians
- Provide parent training support as directed by the BCBA
- Monitor data and treatment progress
- Ensure fidelity of behavior plans
- Support onboarding and training of new BTs
- Maintain documentation in compliance with payer requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- BCaBA certification (preferred) OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of ABA experience
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Experience supervising staff (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation

Cancellations outside your control? They won’t be held against you. The Program Director reviews documented client-initiated cancellations separately when evaluating tier placement.
