As an Associate/Sr Associate, you will be involved in every phase of our consulting engagements, from pre-proposal research through final implementation. Almost immediately, you will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing your ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing, and technology. You will build you project management and client management skills and further develop your client-facing skills, presentation skills and knowledge of various industry verticals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilizing strong analytical ability to gathering and analyze data
- Helping to generate proposals and leading certain client and analyst teams
- Recommending actions and helping clients implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Gain opportunities to create intellectual capital while recruiting new Consultants as a company brand ambassador
- Partnering closely with senior management and clients to create customized purchasing proposals
- Analyzing client spend data and creating deliverables for the project
- Introducing suppliers to the client's purchasing needs, eSourcing process, and reverse auction technology
- Understanding client needs to provide flawless service
- Assisting with business development activities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to increase awareness of our services
- Suggesting to senior management ideas for selling tools for key clients
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field with a GPA of 3.3 or above and at least 2-3 years prior consulting experience or industry experience
- Demonstrated excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong academic, extracurricular, or work experience in business, Internet, or relevant industry areas is needed
- Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
