Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Be apart of a team where we all develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering beverage recommendations tailored to their preferences.
- Manage bar operations efficiently, including processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as TOAST.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor and notify bar-back of inventory levels, help restock supplies, and communicate needs to management proactively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and support bar management in daily operations.
Skills
- Strong cocktail experience with a strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development.
- Proficiency in POS systems including TOAST
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- An understanding of spirits, wine knowledge, beer, and beverage presentation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
