Job Responsibilities

As a Multifamily Construction Superintendent, you will:

Oversee daily operations of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
-
Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders
-
Monitor project budgets and control costs

Lead daily meetings with the construction team to review progress and address any issues
-
Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials
-
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges

Implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction supervision

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office suite

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites
