This Entry-Level Sales Representative Role is on-site, located in Abilene, Texas. Individuals who enjoy working directly with customers and building strong business relationships in a dynamic environment are ideal candidates for this position.
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be an important part of improving business growth by directly interacting with customers and promoting AT&T Fiber telecommunications solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Representative Include:
- Engaging in person with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions that support their goals
- Promoting AT&T Fiber telecommunications products and services through consultations and presentations
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborating with the Entry-Level Sales Representative team to support local business outreach initiatives and campaigns
- Tracking customer interactions and identifying opportunities to improve business performance and client satisfaction
Qualifications to be an Entry-Level Sales Representative include:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Motivated to be on-site daily to learn and apply sales and marketing techniques
- Interact with customers efficiently and effectively to ensure business success

This position is a full-time employment position located in Abilene, TX. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.
- Pay: 100% commission - $70-$250 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T, promoting and signing up new customers and businesses for their wireless and internet services
- Location: Abilene, TX
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
