Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Service Heating and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. This role requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,200.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sheet Metal: 3 years (Preferred)
