Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their vehicles by parking, retrieving, and delivering them
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including the showroom and customer waiting areas
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling vehicles and checking tire pressure
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional experience
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Previous experience as a delivery driver prefeered
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
