SMP Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs

Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Support resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life

Follow facility policies and infection control procedures

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Dakota, or ability to obtain certification

Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, dependable, and attentive to resident needs

Long-term care experience preferred but not required
$22.00 – $26.00 per hour
Plus shift differential:

$2.00/hour PM shift differential
