Pawsome Vet Care is looking for an experienced veterinary technician. Full or part time is an option.
If part time: Soft tissue surgery on Tuesdays and dentistry on Thursdays.
If full time: Would be seeing appointments two additional days each week.

Our hopes for you are:
- A desire to help foster and establish a healthy, collaborative team culture
- At least 2 years surgery experience
- Excellent technical skills with patient restraint, phlebotomy, catheter placement, and administering oral and topical medications
- Experience with running laboratory equipment and preparing samples for send out and for veterinarian review
- Ability to position for and obtain radiographs
- Comfort and willingness to assist in client education and facilitate thorough communication
- Adequate computer skills to manage Shepherd, our cloud-based software
- Phone skills including the scheduling of appointments, medication requests, phone triage of sick patients, and communication with other hospitals
- Fear Free Certification or willingness to obtain said certification (paid for by us)
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
