Our growing company is seeking a Maintenance Lead to lead maintenance operations within our plant environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production goals, maintaining safety standards, and developing a strong maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Ensure all safety and lockout procedures are followed
- Maintain facility compliance with internal and external standards
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members
- Implement and support training programs for maintenance personnel
- Partner with plant leadership to support operational performance and continuous improvement
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance programs are executed effectively
- Oversee maintenance projects and ensure timely completion
- Support production teams with troubleshooting and equipment optimization
- Maintain equipment uptime and plant efficiencies
- Ensure facility housekeeping and overall equipment condition meet company standards
- Manage maintenance inventory and spare parts levels
- Drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support product quality
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
