Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Duties
- Operate various types of trucks including, doubles and 53' trailers
- Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is a plus.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- One year verifiable tractor trailer experience is required. One year will be waived if you have attended a FedEx approved training school, and have 6 months experience.
- Meet delivery deadlines.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and logs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $285.00 - $325.00 per day
