Responsibilities

- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste

- Train team members on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience with strong culinary skills and creativity
- Demonstrated supervisory and team management abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety regulations (HACCP certification preferred)
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
