As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences that delight our guests. What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Plan and develop menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining creativity and flair
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the dietary department to provide nutritious meal options for guests
- Assist in catering events, ensuring timely service and exceptional quality
- Utilize your knife skills for efficient meal preparation while adhering to food safety protocols
- Provide excellent food service by plating meals attractively and serving them with professionalism
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist in ordering as needed
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in culinary roles
