The successful candidate will support customers by demonstrating the Genesis lineup, providing driving tests, identifying costs related to the purchase and processing credit applications.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact between customers and the dealership.
- Understands model’s operation by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models
- Develops potential buyer’s data base by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers
- Qualifies buyers by understanding their interests and requirements, matching them to our models. Figures out customer’s needs by listening and asking questions
- Demonstrates models by explaining features, characteristics and capabilities. Offers test drives to all potential customers and accompanies them.
- Completes sales, collects payment, signs the purchase contract, and delivers the unit
- Liaison with the Post Sales team to ensure sold cars are prepared to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
- Assists in refreshing up the showroom to place new models for promotions on display and inventory sales lot
- Works with the Finance Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, major in Management, preferred
- Five (5) years of experience minimum in a similar position within the Luxury Automotive Industry.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Valid PR driver’s license
- Strong customer service, listening and communication skills
- Must be able to work rotating shifts
- Fully bilingual (Spanish / English)
Special Requirements:
The incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 pounds during short periods and drive long distances. While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms.
