Position summary As Senior Manager, Operations Improvement, you’ll lead multiple, high-visibility improvement initiatives that simplify how work gets done and strengthen performance across the business. You’ll translate customer and operational needs into clear plans, remove barriers, and drive measurable results through strong governance, change leadership, and cross-functional partnership. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enabling scalable improvements.
About Supply Chain Supply Chain is responsible for moving product through our network to serve customers with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Within SCIL, the Operations Improvement team focuses on making processes simpler, more executable, and easier to sustain—supported by clear standards, tools, and communication. This role helps ensure programs and processes land well in the business, drive behavior change, and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness over time.
What you’ll do
- Drive execution of multiple business plans by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and measuring progress
- Lead project governance across scope, milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets; provide stakeholder reporting
- Build and sustain process improvements by analyzing data, defining standards, and driving adoption through change programs
- Manage content initiatives by prioritizing requests and ensuring tools, templates, and communications meet governance standards
- Hire, develop, and lead associates through coaching, performance expectations, and a team-based environment
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with strong governance, stakeholder updates, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to simplify processes using data, establish standards, and drive sustainable rollouts
- Proven change leadership skills, including influencing behavior adoption and resolving post-implementation issues
- Strength in content/tool management (templates, resources, intranet content) with a focus on quality and governance
- People leadership experience (selection, coaching, performance management, recognition) in a fast-paced environment

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
