The career opportunity for you:
Recore Electrical Contractors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying, contacting, and engaging qualified candidates for current and future employment opportunities. This role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential candidates through phone calls, email, social media, job boards, and professional networking platforms. The Talent Specialist reports to, and works closely with the recruiting manager and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify candidates who match the required skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified candidates using online databases, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Conduct outbound phone calls and email outreach to introduce job opportunities and assess candidate interest.

Perform initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, work history, availability, and salary expectations.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters or hiring managers.

Develop relationships with prospective candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Meet sourcing and outreach goals while maintaining quality standards.

Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices.
Required Skills:

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or business development.

Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other job boards.
