Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat platforms.
- Assist clients with account information, product details, and service requests in both languages.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using spreadsheets and productivity software.
- Handling phone etiquette, and directing calls appropriately.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on customer service.
- Bilingual fluency in at least two languages; strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and productivity software.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, proofreading, and file management accurately.
- Experience in conducting call quality or training and mentoring
- Previous experience in an Omnichannel environment
- Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, calendar management, and client communication protocols.
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and client interactions.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
