ABOUT ROGERS LANDSCAPE
Rogers Landscape is a family-owned residential landscape construction company based in Loomis, CA. Since 2015, we have specialized in high-quality front and backyard installations and renovations.
Our work includes:
- Grading and drainage
- Irrigation and lighting
- Planting and soil preparation
- Flagstone, pavers, and hardscape
- Retaining walls and site construction
We are a construction-focused company - not maintenance.
THE ROLE
We are hiring Landscape Construction Foremen to support and lead residential installation projects.
As part of our team, you will:
- Work on organized, well-planned residential projects
- Use professional equipment and tools
- Be trusted to deliver quality workmanship
- Have opportunities to grow into leadership roles
Foremen and experienced leaders will:
- Lead crews of 3 or more team members
- Coordinate daily job tasks
- Maintain safety, productivity, and quality
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and work with your assigned crew
- Safely drive company trucks and trailers
- Operate skid steers, tractors, and construction equipment
- Follow plans, schedules, and safety standards
- Ensure high-quality workmanship
- Maintain client satisfaction on job sites
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping or construction experience
- Spanish language proficiency (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to relocate to Loomis, CA before start date
BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Experience with mini skid steers or mini excavators
- Hardscape installation experience
- Crew leadership experience

- Monday through Friday
- Overtime available
- Weekends as needed
