Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- These roles will work 12 hour shifts (2-2-3-2)
- Will operate fork lifts and man lifts
- Troubleshoot and make repairs to production equipment and machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Use hoists and lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, testing equipment, etc.
- Clean and lubricate parts
- Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results,
- Record all work activities in CMMS
- Comply with safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must be Industrial Multi-Craft (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics)
- Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years and Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance
- Allen Bradley – Siemens PLC and HMI knowledge
- Electrical and Control circuits, 3 Phase Motors installation and troubleshooting
- Hydraulics installation and troubleshooting
- Pneumatics installation and troubleshooting
Preferred Skills
- PLC programming
- SAP experience
- Experience with multi axis robotic water jet
