Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Salina, Kansas. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a dedicated nutrition professional who is passionate about improving patient health through evidence-based nutrition care, education, and counseling.
In this role, you will assess patients' nutritional needs, develop individualized nutrition care plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited program.
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential awarded by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Completion of a Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)-accredited Dietetic Internship and approval to sit for the registration examination.
- Current Kansas Dietitian License issued by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.
Preferred
- Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (highly preferred for candidates completing coursework after January 1, 2024).
- Registration-Eligible or Registered with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
