Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Part-Time Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from greeting to farewell.
- Operate POS systems
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including serving drinks, taking orders, and handling payments while maintaining excellent time management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with a strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy confidently.
- Previous experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
