Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly
- Demonstrate product features
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor to ensure an inviting environment
- Manage sales transactions accurately including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable beauty solutions to maximize sales opportunities
- Engage with customers via social media management to promote new products, events, or special offers
- Support operations by answering phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and providing excellent customer service
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of cosmetology, and beauty sales to confidently advise customers
- Experience with retail math, POS systems
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in social media management to engage with clients online and promote store events or promotions
- Excellent organizational skills with time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
- Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication
