Welcome candidates! We have an apprenticeship available for those who are interested in a career in residential HVAC. No experience is required. You will be trained in how to service and repair residential HVAC equipment--gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, thermostats, etc. We're looking for motivated candidates who appreciate the rare opportunity to get paid to learn. Only those who take the opportunity seriously and who are looking to settle into a career in HVAC with an industry leader will be considered.

We have low employee turnover and a nice work environment. The leadership takes good care of the employees and is looking to add members of the team who will, during and after their training, perform their job duties with excellence.
If you have no experience, pay begins at $25 per hour and can progress quickly relative to your performance. An experienced technician's pay is $55+ per hour, plus any overtime at time and a half. Medical, paid holidays, and paid time off are some of the available benefits.
HVAC tends to be busiest in the heart of Summer and Winter when it is warmest and coolest, respectively. Overtime is often necessary. Weekend work is sometimes required. Spring and early Fall tend to be more moderate in the work load.
A valid driver's license is required w/ an insurable driving record. You will also need the ability to operate hand tools as well as assist in lifting items in excess of 100 lbs for a brief amount of time.
While this is a rare and good opportunity, we want to reiterate this is for serious candidates only.
