Campos Fabrication is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead fabrication and manufacturing projects from kickoff to completion.. The Project Manager is responsible for managing industrial control panel or power distribution from estimating through shipment. This role coordinates customers, engineering, purchasing, production, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications.
The ideal candidate has experience with industrial electrical systems, automation components, power distribution equipment, and electrical distributors. This individual must be comfortable working in a hands-on environment where they actively assist with quoting, procurement, scheduling, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple fabrication and manufacturing projects from planning through delivery.

Develop and oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and project deliverables.

Coordinate engineering, production, procurement, quality, and field teams.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Serve as the main customer contact, providing project updates and managing expectations.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Support process improvements, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial services.

Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Preferred:

Experience in metal fabrication, industrial manufacturing, utilities.
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, contracts, ERP systems, and production planning.
