About Riviera French Café Riviera French Café is inspired by the charm and warmth of the French Riviera, built around high-quality coffee, fresh products, and genuine hospitality. We're opening our newest location at Westfarms Mall in Connecticut and are looking for enthusiastic, service-minded Baristas to join our founding team.
The Role As a Barista at Riviera French Café, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience — crafting quality drinks, keeping the café running smoothly, and bringing a warm, welcoming energy to every interaction. No two shifts are exactly the same, and we're looking for people who enjoy the pace and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, matcha, and café menu items to company standards
- Provide friendly, professional service to every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Support teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous café or food service experience preferred but not required
- Availability including weekends and holidays
