YARD LABORER

We specialize in custom fencing, automated gates, retaining walls, and handrails for residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients. Position Summary This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and looking to get their foot in the door with a growing construction company. The Yard Laborer supports daily yard operations through general cleanup, waste disposal, and supply runs. No experience required — just a good attitude and a willingness to work.
Key Responsibilities
- General yard cleanup including sweeping, picking up scrap, and disposing of waste materials
- Haul trash and debris to the dump as needed
- Run for supplies and materials at local vendors and suppliers
- Assist the Yard Technician and other team members as directed
- Keep common areas, the yard, and vehicles clean and presentable
- Follow all company safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required — we will train the right person
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for supply and dump runs)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Punctual, coachable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
Work Environment Outdoor yard-based role in Carson City, NV. Expect physical work in Northern Nevada weather year-round.
Schedule Full-time | Monday–Friday | Hours based on operational needs
