Pierce Creek is an exciting, new destination that blends the best of a restaurant, bar, butcher shop, bakery, and market – all under one roof. Pierce Creek is an immersive food and drink experience centered around pasture-raised, hormone-free meats, local produce, and freshly baked goods, and a bar program highlighting locally made spirits, wines, and craft beverages. In 2026 Pierce Creek was nominated, and won, Creve Coeur's Favorite Restauant 2026.
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, creative market coordinater to continue to build, execute and enhance our market.
This position will require someone capable of wearing many hats. The market coordinator will be the lead for managing the market, its current products and adding to the products carried. This includes fresh produce from local providers, non-perishable local products, beer wine and spirits, and other items. The POS is SPOT On and familiarity with Spot On bar codes and plu's is necessary. The position works very closely with the kitchen to minimize waste and spoilage. The position also requires coordination with the bakery. Nearly all positions at Pierce Creek require cross training to help support other staff as each department grows. This is a ground floor opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing local brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of Pierce Creek's Market restaurant and bar service and program
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with our mission and values
- Maintain inventory, keeping waste low and quality high
- Compliance with health codes and alcohol regulations, for cleanliness and safety.
- Work closely with the kitchen, butcher, bakery, and market teams to integrate the market program with the overall guest experience
- Represent the values of sustainability, locality, and craftsmanship in every interaction
Qualifications
- Retail experience preferably in a food related market.
- Front of house restaurant experience
- Passion for farm-to-table practices and sustainable sourcing
- Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Creative flair with a strong understanding of flavor, balance, and presentation
- Able to work evenings and weekends, morning hours available too.
- Knowledge of Spot On POS, inventory software.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
