Overview
We are seeking a Pizzeria Manager to help lead our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch food quality, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Lead and supervise all aspects of pizzeria operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery
- Manage staff, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team
- Assist with inventory control and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Operate POS system (SLICE) for accurate cash handling and sales processing
- Monitor shift performance, address customer concerns promptly, and ensure a seamless dining experience
- Uphold service standards, and implement ongoing training initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment, preferably within the pizza sector
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems ; experience with cash handling is essential
- Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training and development skills
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety protocols, and food industry regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and team leadership
- Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Previous experience in restaurant management is highly desirable

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
