Job Overview
Strawbridge Studios is seeking a Yearbook Support Specialist to join our Yearbook Department and provide support to our field representatives, school clients, and yearbook advisors throughout the yearbook creation process.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, working with technology, and managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable learning multiple software platforms.
As a key connection point between our field teams, schools, and production facility, you will help ensure a smooth yearbook experience from initial setup through final production.
This is an in-house position at Strawbridge Studios. This is not a remote opportunity.
What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer support to school clients, yearbook advisors, and field representatives

Respond to customer and internal requests through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams

Support yearbook design software and online platforms

Set up yearbook projects, user accounts, contracts, and renewals

Review submissions, corrections, approvals, and production materials

Assist with proofing covers, sales materials, and yearbook content

Support portrait uploads, cover designs, and other yearbook-related needs

Communicate important production updates and deadlines

Investigate issues, identify solutions, and help prevent future problems

Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules
