Stacker/Bander – 3rd Shift

Position Overview
Viking Paper Corporation is seeking a dependable and hardworking Stacker/Bander to join our 3rd shift production team. This position plays an important role in ensuring finished corrugated sheets are properly stacked, inspected, and prepared for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday
- 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Responsibilities
- Stack finished corrugated sheets as they come off the production line.
- Band finished units according to customer and production specifications.
- Inspect product for quality issues and report defects when necessary.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist machine operators and other production personnel as needed.
- Maintain production pace while ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
