Heart of Sun is a growing luxury swimwear and resortwear brand focused on timeless designs, exceptional quality, and providing an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and highly detail-oriented team member to join our operations team.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform quality control on every order before shipment
- Print shipping labels and organize daily outgoing packages
- Process returns and exchanges through Shopify
- Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner
- Manage customer orders and update order statuses within Shopify
- Keep inventory and the fulfillment space clean and organized
- Assist with general warehouse and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous Shopify experience is required.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented. Accuracy is essential, and every order must be checked carefully before shipping.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse operations, or customer service is preferred.

Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday with a flexible schedule
- Additional hours may be available during product launches and busy seasons
Compensation
