Paros, an upscale Greek & Mediterranean restaurant located in Mission Farms, Leawood is looking for a seasoned bartender to join our team.
The Bartender will prepare craft cocktails, serve bottled or draft beer, pour wine or other beverages to guests of bar following standard recipes. Be friendly and attentive to guests, making them feel welcome at all times.
We're looking for someone with:
- Fine dining restaurant experience (3-5years)
- Positive attitude and team player
- Flexible availability preferred
- Availability to work weekends or evenings
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mixing, garnishing and serving drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Accurately accounting for cash/credit card vouchers
- Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Food Menus
- Exhibiting a familiarity with daily menus
