We are seeking a dependable, motivated Hotshot Driver or Entry-Level Mechanic to join our growing team. Whether you have experience behind the wheel or enjoy working on trucks and trailers, this is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in the transportation industry.
As a Hotshot Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods using company trucks and trailers while ensuring timely deliveries and providing excellent customer service.
As an Entry-Level Mechanic, you will assist with the maintenance, inspection, and repair of company trucks, trailers, and equipment, helping keep our fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready.

Hotshot Driver
- Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport goods across designated routes
- Load, secure, tarp (when necessary), and unload cargo
- Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and mobile devices to ensure on-time deliveries
- Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
Entry-Level Mechanic
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
- Inspect trucks, trailers, and equipment for wear, damage, or safety concerns
- Assist with diagnosing mechanical issues under the supervision of experienced technicians
- Replace basic components and complete minor repairs as assigned
- Keep maintenance records accurate and organized
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and work area
- Ensure company vehicles and equipment remain compliant with safety standards
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CDL is a plus but not required (for driver applicants, depending on position)
- Previous experience in hotshot transportation, commercial driving, automotive repair, or general mechanical work is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Basic mechanical aptitude or a willingness to develop mechanical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
