Petaluma KOA Resort is an award-winning, fast-paced camping destination with 312 sites including RV sites, deluxe cabins, tiny houses, tent sites, and lodging accommodations. We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable vacations, and it all starts with the first smile at check-in.
Our Front Desk & Camp Store team members are the welcoming face of the resort. You’ll assist guests with reservations, provide local recommendations (restaurants, breweries, beaches, wineries), answer questions, and help create a seamless, memorable stay.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Learn and use our easy reservation software
- Share local favorites and insider tips
- Assist in our gift shop selling souvenirs, wine country gifts, soda, beer, and wine
- Stock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support a fast-paced front office environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Quick learner who is reliable and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Able to lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexible schedule
WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 80.0 per week
