The Full Time Sales Team Member will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and sales support to customers in selecting wireless products, plans, and accessories. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers seeking advice, troubleshooting assistance, and upgrades, ensuring that they are equipped with the best solutions to enhance their mobile communication experience. This role requires a deep understanding of wireless technology and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through personalized sales service.
Key Responsibilities of the Full Time Sales Team Member:
- Engage with residential customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Educate customers on the latest wireless devices, plans, and features.
- Maintain expert knowledge of wireless products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service and conducting effective follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for wireless products.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and industry developments.
- Assist in maintaining the store's merchandising and product displays.
