Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Maintenance Director to lead our facilities maintenance operations. Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), low voltage, high voltage systems, and industrial equipment.
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work quality and safety.
- Manage the maintenance budget, resources, and scheduling to maximize operational uptime while minimizing costs.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, inventory, asset history, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical systems to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with project management teams on facility upgrades or new equipment installations to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage and low voltage systems), OSHA standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, incident reports, safety audits, and asset management records.
Skills
- Proven management experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Skilled Nursing Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in industrial maintenance techniques.
- Extensive electrical experience including high voltage and low voltage systems; ability to read schematics and use tools like ohmmeters effectively.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems management for large facilities.
- Proficiency with CMMS software for maintenance planning and recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting and repairs.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Effective supervising experience with a focus on leadership development and team motivation.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across departments. Pay: $90.00 - $105.00 per year
