Commissary Distribution Associate
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
We are seeking highly dependable and accountable individuals to join our commissary distribution team. This position is critical to daily operations, and only candidates who demonstrate consistent attendance, strong work ethic, and reliability will be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare commissary orders for distribution
- Deliver orders to county detention centers and assist with organized distribution to inmates
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
- Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse storage areas
- Follow all security protocols and operational procedures without exception
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet strict daily deadlines
Work Environment: This is a physically demanding, on-site position requiring work in both a warehouse and a correctional facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in a secure, highly regulated environment where procedures must be followed exactly.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouses, inventory, delivery, or customer service preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus in a structured setting
- Good communication and organizational skills
Strict Requirements:
- Consistent, reliable attendance is mandatory
- Must be able to pass a background check required for entry into a correctional facility
- Must be able to pass a drug screening (OMMA not accepted)
- Must be able to follow all facility rules and security procedures at all times
- Valid driver’s license preferred
