What You’ll Do:
- Shadow experienced agents and assist in active transactions
- Learn how to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals
- Support buyers and sellers through each step of the home buying/selling process
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching
- Build confidence through real-life experience and expert guidance

Qualifications:
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
