Telehealth Therapist (Full or Part Time, Contract) – Kind Mind Therapy (MA) – $70/hour - Must have Massachusetts active license LCSW or LICSW
Job Description:
Kind Mind Therapy, an inclusive, client-centered private practice, is expanding our remote team! We are seeking compassionate, skilled therapists for W2 fee for service positions—fully licensed LMHCs and LICSWs in Massachusetts, as well as conditionally licensed LCSWs(under supervision)—to provide telehealth psychotherapy to adults and/or couples across Massachusetts.
Compensation:
- $68 per billable clinical hour
- Bonus pay for therapists seeing 25 or more sessions per week

What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-informed psychotherapy via telehealth to adults and/or couples
- Conduct intake, assessment, treatment planning, and thorough clinical documentation
- Maintain responsive communication with practice owner/supervisor
- Participate in supervision and team consultation (LCSWs are provided LICSW supervision)
- Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards
You Are:
- For Social Workers: Conditionally licensed as an LCSW or fully licensed as an LICSW in Massachusetts
- For Mental Health Counselors: Fully licensed LMHC in Massachusetts
- Have at least 1 year’s supervised clinical experience
- Comfortable working independently and with a diverse adult population
- Organized, communicative, attentive to documentation
- Committed to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care
