Job Description: Manufacturing Associate
Mueggenburg USA is a family-owned business which supplies spices and botanicals to the food and dietary supplement industry. Our operations include milling, warehousing, and small-scale farming. We are currently hiring an associate for a manufacturing position.
· Operate, feed, and clean milling, packaging, and processing equipment.
· Move products and equipment around the facility as needed.
· Record data, logs, and inspections as needed.
· Strictly follow GMPs, SOPs, and maintain a good understanding of safety and hygiene.
· Occasional support for warehouse in loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse, as needed
· Occasional seasonal farming tasks, as needed.
· Participate in sanitation of facility, grounds, warehousing, and production equipment.
· Standing, climbing, pulling, and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, twisting, turning, and stooping.
· Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently overhead.
· No known allergies to dust or natural products.
· Must have the ability to use hand tools, good motor coordination necessary.
· Good communication skills.
· Detail oriented, with the ability to thoroughly complete food safety documentation.
· Experience in fork-lift operation, preferred.
· Must be team-oriented with the ability to work with others.
· Must pass drug and background screening.
· Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
o Hours may vary slightly depending on weather and season.
· Frequent overtime opportunities.
· Pay: $20.00/h
