We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (Med Spa Injector) is responsible for providing comprehensive non-surgical aesthetic treatments while delivering exceptional patient care from consultation through follow-up.
This role requires expertise in cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser and energy-based devices, regenerative treatments, and personalized aesthetic treatment planning.
The ideal candidate has a strong artistic eye, excellent injection skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve natural, beautiful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®) and dermal fillers (Restylane®, Juvederm®, RHA®, Radiesse®, Sculptra®, and similar products).
- Perform platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.
- Perform microneedling and radiofrequency microneedling treatments, including Morpheus8.
- Operate aesthetic laser and energy-based devices according to established protocols.
- Perform skin rejuvenation procedures and other advanced Med Spa treatments.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, and maintenance recommendations.
- Evaluate patient candidacy and ensure treatments are performed safely and appropriately.
- Recognize and manage aesthetic complications and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Build long-term patient relationships through outstanding customer service and clinical excellence.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging aesthetic techniques, technologies, and products.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida APRN license in good standing.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Botox and dermal fillers.
- Experience performing PRP, microneedling, and Morpheus8 treatments.
- Experience operating aesthetic laser and skin rejuvenation devices.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
- Excellent patient communication and consultation skills.
- Professional appearance and exceptional bedside manner.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume Med Spa or Plastic Surgery practice.
- Experience with advanced facial balancing techniques.
- Experience with combination treatment planning.
- Knowledge of body contouring and non-surgical skin tightening technologies.
- Spanish bilingual preferred (Portuguese is a plus).
- Existing patient following is a plus but not required.
