Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to enhance personalized service.
- Train and Assign, front desk team to take leads, upsell reservations, and make community outreach
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a boutique or resort setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $33,280.00 - $35,000.00 per year
