JOB SUMMARY
The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development, optimization and governance of the casino marketing database to drive revenue growth and guest engagement across two properties. This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics, segmentation strategy, predictive modeling and performance measurement to inform and enhance marketing initiatives across direct mail, digital and on-property campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the casino marketing database and campaign management systems to drive guest engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth
- Develop targeted marketing strategies using guest segmentation, predictive analytics, profitability analysis, and campaign performance data
- Analyze marketing, promotional, and guest behavior trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Manage direct marketing campaigns from planning through execution, including forecasting, budgeting, ROI analysis, and performance measurement
- Oversee database integrity, data governance, automation processes, and quality control to ensure accurate and effective guest communications
- Support and optimize integrations between casino management systems, marketing platforms, kiosks, PMS, POS, and other operational systems
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in database management, campaign execution, and marketing operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in database marketing, analytics, CRM, or related gaming operations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, casino management systems, and data visualization/reporting tools required
- Strong knowledge of database marketing strategies, guest segmentation, forecasting, statistical analysis, and reinvestment optimization
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, developing ROI models, and supporting data-driven business decisions
- Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy regulations, and database best practices
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to follow established policies, procedures, and operational guideline
- Must be at least 21
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require
