This full-time role, based near Valencia, CA, is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) passionate about supporting student communication and growth in an educational setting. With a 7.5-hour workday and the flexibility to work with diverse caseloads, you’ll have the chance to advance your expertise alongside a collaborative school-based team.
What we’re seeking:
- Master’s or Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (as applicable for SLPs and SLPAs)
- Current California SLP or SLPA licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school environments
- SLP-CFYs, SLP-CCCs, and experienced SLPAs welcome
- Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a K-8th grade caseload
- Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment, onsite or via virtual services if needed
- Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with California guidelines
