Position Overview
The role of the Team Member is to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience through excellent food and friendly interactions. Team Members are trained in their role and expected to carry out all tasks within their area. Every Team Member should align with our core values and help create a welcoming environment for both guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities
- Uphold the core values of the business
- Prepare, assemble, and serve menu items at assigned stations
- Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, helpful service
- Ensure that food quality and guest experience meet Steak Escape standards
- Perform at a pace that matches the demands of the restaurant
- Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
- Sweep and mop floors, remove trash, and clean equipment as needed
- Unload and stock deliveries in proper storage areas
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Follow portion sizes, quality standards, and health inspection guidelines
- Keep restrooms and guest areas clean throughout the day
- Restock products and supplies during and after each shift
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
- Reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
